We operate a 24 hours service for residential and business clients.
Our Out Hours Solutions are available:
Mon – Sat – from 9.30pm – 08.30am
Sunday – from 9.30pm – 08.30am

Bank Holidays weekend (Monday being the Bank Holiday):
Starting from 9.00pm on the Saturday Night until 8.30am on the Tuesday morning

On the days below we only offer Remote Assist+ Support Only and there is no service out with these hours:24 December CLOSED

We offer two options:

– Remote Assist+ Out of hours solution

– On-site visit, home, office, hotel, Luton or Heathrow Airports.
Remote Assist+ (Out of Hours)

Our technician will remotely connect to your computer to diagnose and resolve your issue he will also speak with you over the phone.

A working broadband connection is required for this solution. This can be a via Mobile Broadband (dongle) or via free hotspot that you find in airport lounges and coffee shops.

The charge for this solution is £129.98

On-Site Option

We can carry out our full repair and support solutions (subject to parts). We will advise you on part status before we leave.

The charge for this solution is £199.99 and £245.00 for an Airport visit plus the cost of any parts supplied.

Out of Hours Booking

Payment by Credit Card is required BEFORE our fully qualified technician leaves home.

To make a booking we ask you make a deposit of £50.00  before we commence any support, this can be paid with a Credit or Debit Card via PayPay no PayPal account required. The reason for this deposit is to to stop people phoning us who are only after free advice and are not wishing to pay for our services.  We will deduct the £50.00 deposit off your invoice.
